We have been using ReleaseTeam for a few years now. They have been very responsive to our needs and have been able to customize solutions to our specific needs. They are very attentive to our needs and are always available to answer questions. They have a very robust product and are constantly improving it. We have not been able to find anything to dislike about the product. We have been able to solve our issues with configuration management and are able to provide our customers with the information they need to make effective business decisions.
