I like that we can check in real time if someone has accessed our accounts even when they are not using them (i am talking about online banking). They also offer some protection against identity theft by alerting you of any suspicious activity or fraudulent application to your social security number/credit card information etc., but it's important for us as small businesses to monitor this ourselves too! Nothing major i dislike so far though would recommend checking out their website before purchasing anything since there is no phone support from customer service which could be problematic at times.
