It's compact, versatile, strong and sharp, but your satisfaction with it depends on how much care you take to ensure both wall supports are perfectly vertical during installation. I pay a lot of attention to such details and therefore cannot give more than three stars. The problem with the unit I received was that the bottom and top rails were slightly different lengths, causing the longer top rail to push the vertical support 1/8" out of the vertical plane. You hold the left brace upright and the right one fails; You flatten the right one, and the left one is no longer transparent. (Any idea how many extra holes in the wall it took for these useless adjustments?) Eventually, I couldn't solve the problem by disguising it by hanging a large frame next to the sheer support and tilting it so that it is also at 1/8 inch from the plumb line so the towel rail looks vertical. Like, like, something like. Not a product for OCD.
