Color a little darker than expected. It's also cowhide, which probably means it's a bit more textured. The clasp and ring are plastic which I didn't expect. The size of the transparent plastic window could have been a bit larger - there is not enough information on my badge. Removing the cards is a little tricky, but I expect it will get easier over time once they're set up. Very light on the skin - love it.
