Keep your fragile items safe while being kind to the environment.

This flat paper expands approximately two to three times its original compressed size when unfolded. When stretched, it twists so that the paper's threads are at right angles to the previously flat paper. This increases thickness and provides protective properties. The paper unwinds easily and the remaining paper is held firmly on the roll. If you pull gently, the paper separates and stretches. When the desired length is reached, a quick, firm pull easily and quickly rips the paper into fairly straight lines - no scissors or other tools required. When not in use, the paper roll takes up very little space. A 131 foot roll is about the size of a partially used paper towel roll. In contrast, 40 meters of bubble wrap takes up half of a medium-sized living room. Well, I'm exaggerating, but the plastic will take up a lot more space. Two to three layers of foam paper provide excellent protection for fragile items. The paper folds easily to fit custom shapes or tuck the ends together to hold everything in place without a lot of tape. If you don't have multiple layers of paper, you can see through the gaps what is wrapped through the release paper as an added benefit. Bubble wrap does its job well, but once it's done its job, like almost all plastic, it stays in place. . It does not decompose but remains in the environment for decades, if not centuries. This used paper can be sent to the compost bin to be quickly turned into soil. It can be incinerated where permitted by law, or sent to curbside recycling, or if sent to municipal waste disposal services, it will quickly decompose in a landfill.
