This bed sucks. I've seen other reviewers say it has a huge pit but the bed also comes in a variety of sizes and I believe they are all the same thickness - I rationalized the purchase for my dog because hey these 1- Star ratings could be big dogs. A large dog on a 4 inch (or other size) foam pad can drown him, that's reasonable right? My dog weighs 15 kilos. In less than a month, it received a steady drop of over an inch. The case continues to grow in depth and breadth. I wanted to write this review and post a photo earlier. It really defeats the purpose of getting something "ergonomic" for her arthritis when all her 15 pounds are enough to pry the entire spring out of this thing. So I can't think of anything "ergonomic" about it and they just added a catchphrase to attract nitwits like me. The cover can be easily removed and put on for washing. So if you have a dog that weighs less than 5 pounds, this bed could be just the thing for you.
