Looking back I should have sent them back straight away. We originally bought another neck support pillow which we love but when I tried to order another it was out of stock. So we decided to try these based on the reviews. These pillows are not as firm as other support pillows, but are rather soft, causing your head to sink after a few minutes. After a month, they flattened out even further, making them even less supportive. Another question is that blue stripes in protective covers are visible through every pillowcase, and the pillows themselves are blue too. Since we've exceeded the return deadline, I'm returning it and looking for something else.
