Grown up. I'm 6 feet and 190 pounds. The shorts are perfect but the shirt is too small.
Read the reviews and someone who is taller and slightly underweight asked for the size. They indicated lg or xl. I went with LG and the shorts were perfect but the shirt was so small. No complaints about the actual quality of the goods, only the size of the t-shirt and shorts are the same.
