This coat is exactly like the picture and excellent quality. I returned it because the strap was missing and it was the wrong size. I wear a standard size 12 and almost all my coats are large and they fit perfectly, but this large coat was very tight, I could hardly zip it up. Also, as another reviewer said, the arms are short, which is probably a trendy style I could live with, but my long arms just looked awkward. For all these reasons, this coat deserves 4 stars from me.
