Review on Wolo (3205-B) Emergency 1 Rotating Emergency Warning Light - Blue Lens by Wesley Carreras

Revainrating 2 out of 5

It is not expensive. It's old school cool. and it's broken!

I'm a member of the Fire and Rescue Squad and being an old fart this old fashioned spinning light seemed charming. I'm not for all the strobe lights that kids use these days. Pros: It's cheap and dated. Cons: It's cheap and broken. Pretty dark when working. Works for multiple calls. Corrections: disassembled to fix. 10 minutes and a lot of glue, and then the clamp, everything works fine. The rotating assembly is bolted to a plastic mounting base that basically cracks and breaks into small pieces. Luckily all the little pieces were inside the ball and could be glued together like a puzzle. If it breaks again, you need to make a metal bracket. To fix the darkness, I used a spare Revain LED bulb. Bottom line: if you want an old-fashioned spinning light. It's like brewing your own kit. You have to correct and change it.
