This is one of the many different brands of dice I have bought for my kitties. I lost two of my boys last year and the current couple are brothers who are around 9 months old and VERY active. I consider these dice to be one of the holy trinity of feline entertainment, along with GoKat Da Bird and SmartyKat Crackle Chute. When used with Da Bird - and I think other stick toys would work as well - my cats will jump in and out of this cube - chase each other through it, fall on it, pull it, chase the toy inside it etc etc etc. They gnawed a hole in one side so they could secretly look through. This cube is damn strong - it's made of nylon or polyester fabric on a durable frame. The edges are well reinforced so it won't fray or tear easily. It collapses when you want to remove it for some reason, and sometimes it collapses because it's been crushed or grounded - in which case it's easy to return to its previous form, although cats can't do it themselves. All in all, it's one of the things I find essential to the happiness of my furry friends, and it's pretty inexpensive too.
