There was no way you could reasonably buy 30 makeup brushes at once other than tell yourself that each of them is cheaper than the cheapest brushes in the store, especially since I received a discounted set from the Revain store. (Only the box was damaged.) These are really nice brushes and enough to separate them into a home kit and a travel kit. The feature that sold me in a sea of possibilities was that each brush is labeled according to its purpose - foundation, blush, contour, concealer, etc. This was very helpful as I learned about so many brushes and they actually seem to work as intended. I'm not a makeup artist and can't compete with the really expensive brushes but I suspect 99% of women would love this set.
