Received today. I ordered XXL. I usually wear size 16 or XL. I think it fits very well. Not big or small. I can even wear a sweatshirt underneath without my arms feeling tight. Blue stripe inside. I would have preferred a black stripe with a black coat but still looks good. Seems to be great quality.
