This charging cable is cheaply constructed in my opinion. The customer must take special care not to step on the cable or attempt to force it into the device's charging port. This charger is worth the money. You will definitely get what you paid for. The mine charges at normal speed. This charger has a long cord. That suits my needs. I bought this charger for a 7 year old Galaxy Tab II that I found in the garbage. At first I was disappointed because the Lite didn't charge. It took a long time because (I think) the Galaxy Tab hasn't worked for years. After the first charge, it charged normally. So far, so good. Overall not bad for the money.
