THIS AMAZING and perfect piece sits perfectly on my waist and with only 2 buttons low on my hips too. I thought the buttons would stick out like a sore thumb, but they don't. I think this 2x size would fit in my 16-22 world. And the fabric is perfect as a bathing cape and is the perfect length. Not too short and not too long. Just above the knee. ripskirt. I could even order this thing for half the people on my Christmas shopping list. I've been looking for a wrap skirt for a while and tried the "RipSkirt" but it didn't fit me and the velcro stuck to my swimsuit all the time and I hated the "pleat" in the back. So this wasn't the answer to what I needed, but this snap skirt is GREAT. Serious, AMAZING, GREAT and Fabulous.
