Fits Costco Chair! I've been looking for a headrest for this chair for a few years. The clamp method wasn't secure enough, so I made holes in the chair's plastic to screw on the headrest. This made it very reliable, but I only wear it for a few minutes. I will update if my analysis changes. With the fact that it is protected, I like it. It's comfortable to lean on when it's tilted and sticks out far enough for my head to touch it even when I'm sitting up straight. The black version matches the Costco chair perfectly. It also arrived MUCH quicker than expected, so I'm glad about that. Overall I am happy with this item and can now wait a few more years before buying a brand new chair.
