It is easy for my business associates in California who are out of state or at remote locations with me that can't always attend meetings via phone conference but want access when needed; it's also great if they need help from their end so we don’t have everyone here together simultaneously! I wish there was an option where I could allow those individuals only limited views (or no view) by default instead having all viewers see everything like some other cloud services do - not sure why this isn't offered since most people would prefer fewer distractions rather than more? If someone does try recording something without permission using your service then file reports immediately-it will be taken care promptly otherwise!! Easy process set up & implementation plus support team very helpful during setup stage which helped reduce stress level quite significantly once implemented.-Recording/editing capabilities make presentations much easier because participants.
