I bought this to have a straighter posture. I have kyphosis and it can cause severe neck pain. Wearing this kept my posture straight all day and it was so comfortable I forgot I was in it. What I didn't expect was that it relieved the pain associated with the right rotator cuff. I don't know how it happened, but I accept it! This posture corrector is so durable and well thought out that it's easy to put on without the straps tangling. Everything is snug enough to be effective but never too tight or irritating my skin. It's just great. I tell my friends who also have back problems. It costs money.
