I love a small bag and never carry a lot, but almost NOTHING fits in it. When opened in photos it looks deceptively large, but if you stuff anything thicker than 1/2 inch into either of the two large compartments, you won't be able to close it because it doesn't have the ability to expand to hold any content at all to keep. Look at the profile photo of my bag and you'll see that it doesn't fold or expand to hold anything. I only have a Galaxy S8 so my phone is small but I couldn't fit anything else in it. Also, card holders are so cheap that they don't have a bottom to prevent cards from jamming deep and getting stuck in the slots.
