Old, withered, already open

Should have read the reviews first. The only time I didn't. When I opened the bag it was in, the mascara packet fell into pieces. The plastic lid fell right off the cardboard (looks like it was shipped around the world twice). There is mascara on the mascara tube which leads me to believe it has already been opened and used?!?!?. There is also no expiration date and dried to the bone. I was excited to try this product but I can't with this condition.
