We are able to have more control over how users interact with applications through our new tool. They allow us to do so much more than what we used before without many of the hassles that comes along with older tools in the market place. It is relatively easy for people who don't spend most hours working on computers to get set up and use. I would recommend this product because it allowed companies like ours better manage their employees as well. The ease of use, the ability to integrate with other systems, the ability to have a single point of contact for all aspects of the business, and the ability to work in tandem with other systems. There is not much I dislike about this product. It does exactly what it says, and it does it quickly and easily. We are able to do everything we need to do with this program from one place, allowing us to focus more on the bigger picture.
