My dog is 55 pounds; She is a Border Collie/American Pit Bull mix and I ordered a large one. Because of her size, it's difficult to find winter sweaters in stores that fit her. This sweater is perfect for dogs of all sizes. The large size reaches to the base of the tail and fits well. It's actually a bit loose, which shocks me, but she looks amazing in it! I was surprised by the excellent quality of this sweater. It has buttons, the hood is cute and detachable, and there are small pockets on the back. I love it and have bought two more for my small dogs.
