The little man wears it at night and for both daytime naps continuously since I bought the medium size 8 months ago. I'm always hot so I leave the AC on all summer and the rest of the year the heat is cooler at night. Holds up well but the zipper is starting to wear out with frequent use. I buy a medium size 2 for this reason, and also to have a second one if it needs to be washed. Low temperature drying takes a long time to dry. My LO is 12 months old (still huge), size 2T, 31.5 inches long and 29 pounds.
