I like how easy it was for me to get my money transferred from another employer, that's when I first learned about this site. It really helped as I am new at my current job with no previous experience on using their system or any other retirement account. They were very helpful with all of my questions which made transferring so much easier! There isn't anything I dislike right now. The only thing I don't like is that they have started charging $20 each month just for checking on your balance if you forget to log into the website once a week. You should definitely try them out because you will be glad you did. This has been one of our best tools yet! As far as being able to transfer funds between different employers easily, we love that feature.
