Not perfect, but better than the old one.
The "spring" on the driver's side has failed, leaving it unable to hold anything other than the 32-ounce Yeti I carry with me most of the time. It's not a 1:1 copy, the rubber in between isn't the same size so you don't get that feature, but it has bottom support which my original didn't have. There are two screws under the dashboard (except for the two screws inside the front of the dashboard), otherwise they are easy to replace.
