I've been using my diaper basket for a few months now and so far so good :) It holds a good amount of diapers as well as baby powder, creams etc. I also take my pajamas and socks off son. Very useful for 2 little boys in diapers. I also have one for my brother to use with his little girl and he loves using it too. It definitely helps to have diaper changing supplies handy. She loves it! It doesn't have much space and with 2 adults and 2 small children in diapers, the trolley is really handy. She can take it to any place she needs it and everything will be there.
