I thoroughly cleaned the back of the phone case and then used a hair dryer to heat the surface of the phone case and the sticky side of the magnetic sticker and it got as strong as it could go. Everything white in my life gets dirty eventually, so I covered mine in carbon fiber vinyl and it still has more than enough holding power to remain stable in my car.
