Review on 🧼 32 fl oz Softsoap Crisp Clean Antibacterial Liquid Hand Soap Refill by Debra Decou

Seeing the liquid soap I've used for years in a different larger dispenser. I just had to order. The box arrived clean, there were four bottles in it, there was nothing in it. I realized that these were plastic bottles and no need for bubble wrap. All bottles were ok. That was until you wanted to open them. The simple task of turning the spout and waiting for the magic pop-up never happened. I thought maybe it's just one, unfortunately all four. Not sure if this is a Revain packaging error or a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately I had no other choice to return. Unfortunately I went back to the reviews and noticed that many others had the same problem.
