And they deserve a happy customer for life. ::EDIT:: The part about not receiving emails or messages until the second pair of kneepads arrives is incorrect. I didn't see these emails as I was obviously having problems with the server at the time. I found two emails fully explaining the situation and that my new set will be delivered very soon.
