I'm actually positively surprised by this powder. I was looking for a talc free powder that would help shrink enlarged pores. I don't normally wear drugstore makeup, but the ingredient list didn't look bad as far as I could tell. The powder is very shimmery so this is not for you if you are looking for a matte finish. At first I thought I looked too greasy, but the shine is starting to grow on me. It seems to help hide imperfections. I have enlarged pores and lots of wrinkles and this powder doesn't sit in small creases and holes. Most importantly, I have severe redness on my cheeks, temples and chin. This ultra-light powder glides on quickly and camouflages redness with minimal use. The brush included in the kit sucks, but it's enough for a quick tint. I have to use a big brush to apply this powder. Also, it's very dirty! Very loose powder. I like to do makeup in the car, so I really have to put it on before I leave the house. But as I said, it quickly conceals redness. Polishing is not required. I put it on and I'm out the door in just a minute. I keep it in my makeup bag. I'm considering buying a mineral veil to wear over it to minimize shine.
