I recently had a back/neck injury and needed an affordable, good quality ergonomic chair. Overall I give this chair 5 stars, although there are a few downsides that the buyer should be aware of. A neck brace is a MUST if you have back and neck pain like me, but I'm a tall person and the neck brace isn't quite right for my height. This forces me to bend a bit to get my neck in the correct support position, which is obviously not good given my back pain. Even at max length it still doesn't fit my neck. If you are average or small this will not be a problem for you.2. Make sure your table fits the dimensions of this chair! The table I intended it for does not fit the armrests of this chair, so I had to use the chair for another table. Basically, this results in me not being able to slide my chair in properly and it sticks out a bit, mostly affecting aesthetics and potentially taking up extra space. The armrests have a 3D adjustment option which is nice and can help with this issue. The tilt feature is rather odd and seems unnecessary to me. You can lock it in 3 different positions, but you can't lock it anywhere in between. If you're sitting at a table I don't understand why I have to recline like that, but maybe it could help if you're planning on putting a pillow behind you? 4. The support is phenomenal! My $200 gaming chair I had before doesn't even compare to this one. Just looking at it, you might think that the minimalistic design doesn't offer that much support, but it really does, since support locations are designed that way for a reason. The mesh throughout the chair also feels great and supports your entire body. Assembly took a little while, but it wasn't hard to figure out. Chinese sellers know exactly how to pack all parts in the box as little as possible! That wouldn't be a reason not to buy as it went by pretty quickly and of course you only do it once. Try to determine if you are the optimal person for this chair by considering these aspects: Height? Need extra neck and back support? Is your table the same size as your chair? Then this chair is for you!
