For use with ethernet we had to install the drivers this way. This is for a BCL110 thermal printer (203 dpi) on Windows 10. We connected the USB cable and the Ethernet cable. Start installing the BCL series printer driver. Then run the BCL utility. Be sure to configure the TC/IP ports. Start getting information. Print a test page. If unsuccessful, add a new port, etc. If the test print was successful, follow these steps to access the UPS website. Install the latest Java version. Install Google Chrome (NOT works with Firefox). Go to the UPS website and install the thermal printer driver. Very little information from the BCL website. Technical support was closed when we called, even though they claim they have 24/7 support. Worked once, very good quality. Works with other programs for other label applications.
