Review on Joossnwell by Nick Singh

After making a recent purchase from Joossnwell for some lighting products, I have to state that my experience with the company was less than satisfactory. Although they have an impressive assortment of products, the quality of the items I purchased from them was below average. Both the ceiling fan that I ordered and the wall light that I bought had dents in them, and the ceiling fan was extremely deafening. In addition, the vanity light I ordered was lacking a screw, which rendered it impossible for me to mount it on the wall when it arrived. It was difficult to address these issues due to the unhelpful and unresponsive nature of the customer support that was provided. It took a few tries before I was able to get a reaction, and when I did, the representatives did not know very much about the products and were of very little assistance. In addition to this, the process of delivery was sluggish and disorganized. My order reached well after the date that was estimated for delivery, and the items were poorly packaged, which led to some of the products being damaged in the process. In general, Joossnwell does not provide the kind of high-quality illumination products that I would recommend to anyone. The customer support is unhelpful, and the products themselves are of a substandard quality. As a novice in this industry, I had higher expectations for myself, and as a result, I will be moving my company elsewhere in the near future.
