If I could give 0 stars I wouldn't hesitate but there is no other choice. I used the case for about 4 weeks and the corners of the plastic case started cracking, the iPad detached from the frame and popped out. When I found out what was going on, the return window was closed and the suitcase was unusable with 3 corners broken off. Some people may have different experiences with this product but I am sure there are many people who have the same experience as me. The explanation is that Fintie sells defective material. It's just a bad batch of material. The manufacturer knew the plastic cases were inadequate and unusable, but they didn't care. I'm a process engineer and I'm pretty sure it was a process issue. Something got out of control when molding the "plastic case" and the case became so fragile. I'm a process engineer and I'm sure it was a technological issue. I contacted them but nobody cared and they answered me. I think Revain should do something about sellers trying to scam buyers.
