I like that my employer is willing to let me contribute as much money in towards pensions as we choose ourselves (and there's no maximum). It was easy enough setting it up but they could definitely make things easier once you've logged your details into their system - perhaps with an auto-populate feature! If our employers are going to invest this amount themselves why should anyone else have access? We also get a pension contribution from both sides too which feels better all round since its split across three different funds rather than just two or none. I like that it is simple to use by even first time users without needing any training or support from HR department. It has helped me manage my employees retirement plans as well as their health benefits. The interface could be improved in terms of ease of navigation but still very easy to learn once you have used this software at least twice.
