I just bought a Honda Fit. In terms of comfort, it's pretty decent apart from the armrest, which is too low and narrow. I bought this cushion to raise and extend the armrest. But since the Fit's factory armrest is really narrow and L-shaped (about 2-3 inches wide), when you put that pillow on top and put the weight of your arm on it, your pillow and your arm end up hanging on the same side. Not the strength you expect from an armrest! I solved this problem a bit by inserting a piece of cardboard inside the pillowcase along the bottom where it meets the factory armrest. However, this isn't a perfect solution - it reduces sagging, but doesn't eliminate it. Also, the material on the bottom is so slippery that no matter how tight you tighten the straps, the pillow moves and you have to keep re-doing it. I just have to find time to put a black non-slip mat underneath. Although it would be ideal if the cushion came with a non-slip base as standard. I'm leaving the cushion on for now, but I have a feeling that at some point I'll want to upgrade my center console with an OEM part that's stronger and sturdier but taller and wider.
