I purchased this at the recommendation of my chiropractor. I am 62 years old and have issues with low back pain and arthritis. I work from home and instead of getting a gamer chair my doctor recommended I get this.My fiancé' put the chair together, which seemed easy enough but somethings did not snap into place as it should. Today, Monday, I used the chair for work and immediately I felt uncomfortable, aware that I could not lean back because the legs are so close to the ground that my weight could tilt everything over.Sitting on the ballchair, the height to my desk was also awkward.I continued using the chair for the first half of the day and then switched to my old chair.I have an exercise ball and use it periodically, I feel safer on it than on the ballchair.
