Brings a whole new level of core strength to your workout routine! Awesome!

I recently went to a couple classes at my local gym and the instructor let us use these exercise balls. I couldn’t believe how sore I was the next day! It was a good sore! Using the exercise balls added a whole new level of difficulty from the need for balance and core strength. I was hooked and immediately started searching for one on Ebay to have in my own home. This one seemed like a good price point and I liked that it also came with the resistance bands. I’ve used this exercise ball for the past several days in a row now and I have to say, I love it!The ball came flattened in the packaging but it included a plastic do-it-yourself air pump to inflate the ball. Set up was relatively easy but if I had to admit one downside, I would say that the pump is kind of cheap. It did exactly what it needed to do though so I really don’t have any complaints. I actually like that it has the capability to adjust how much air is in the ball so that when using it, I can adjust the resistance and stability based on the difficulty I may or may not have with balancing on the ball.I feel like I’m getting an excellent workout using this stability ball. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Pros
  • The ball is fine, but the tension bands arent very good. But i wanted the ball more than the bands.
Cons
  • The half exercise ball may have a strong odor upon first opening the package
