The top can be worn but it is not a cropped sweater. The sleeves are open and only connect with a button at the wrist. The dress itself is huge! I ordered a small and swam in it. My measurements are 34 x 26 x 37. Not sure if it was a packaging error but it was large or larger. I like the color, although as expected it is lighter than in the photo. The quality doesn't match the price either. Pretty itchy and rough on the skin. It will most likely start shrinking after a few washes. My only hope is to get a sewing machine to match the dress. It's not worth it.
