I have POTS which means I have problems with blood pooling in my legs and poor circulation causing a whole list of chronic symptoms. I have these compression stockings to slim down and they work great! I notice a stark contrast in my energy levels and levels of dizziness/tremors, among other things, when wearing them. Received all 8 pairs which are well made - comfortable yet effective material. I'm 5'10" / 120 lbs / 8.5 women's shoe size / 6.5 men's shoe size and they fit me perfectly. But I will say that if you are shorter than me and don't have large calves, they may be too high .for you, because I have to put them on a bit when I dress them.
