Well, I get it. First the box was opened as you can see in the picture. Then it was IMPOSSIBLE to get the left earbud to work, even in the application it said it wasn't there or something (see pic). Then I check the bud to see if there is a reset button or something and I found this little green sticker (see picture) under the rubber (why? Refurbished? Damage? What does that green sticker mean?) there was. I contact customer service immediately because I live in Panama. They will replace them and send a new pair with a return label so I can send back the broken ones. Currently. I'm wondering if I have to pay a lot of money to send them back because I'm not in the US. Let's see what happened.
