Have you changed your mind?

I've been using gloss for years and recently bought a new bottle - it smells different and doesn't work. It doesn't detangle as well as it used to and doesn't leave hair as silky and soft as it used to be. It still didn't work nearly as well as before. We have sprayed it on our horses but never on the saddle or girth as it could cause the saddle to slip. Here's how effective it was
