Shit electronics on the keyboard

Looks great then I hit enter and realize it's not where it should be. There are 3 instead of the usual 2 keys between the "L" key and the Enter key. I don't understand why anyone would want this thing. I returned it and instead of a refund they sent me the same keyboard again! I definitely don't want 2 defective keyboards! Full of BS.
