We have a Philips Hue light strip but wanted something more affordable for the room. Our light tint strip is about $60 for about 6 feet. It cost $30 for about 27 feet, so I was expecting a drop in quality, but aside from the lack of an app, it's almost identical. It also doesn't have all the colors on the color wheel, but there are more than enough colors on the remote that you'll actually use. It also doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, so isn't of any reasonable use, but I've found that to be more of a problem anyway, as it doesn't always work. I will be buying another pair soon because this is an amazing product. I gave the shade 4 stars and this product would get 4 stars too if it was $60. I never review things, but I'm a techie, but when things this cheap are of the same quality as their expensive counterparts, it needs to be said.
