I have already assembled two of these and can order another one for another room. I love how strong they are. The hardest part was actually sliding off the table and standing it up because it's quite heavy. I'm a single woman, 69, with Rheumatoid Arthritis and I put it together in about 1.5 hours on a rainy Sunday, including a one-off walk with my dog. It's a bunch of screws, that's all. I did it on my desk because it's difficult for me to get on the floor and do things. The holes will line up, but you need to make sure everything is done right. I braced the sides with a cast iron skillet and lid until I inserted the round tube supports. The support rods attach to the holes on the outside of the frame. Make sure all the holes are on ONE SIDE before joining sections 3, 4, 5 (I used a small hammer to join sides 3, 4 and 5 together). If they are not on the same side you will not be able to fit the cross braces into the holes and will have to take them apart and flip them over until all the holes are on the correct side. OPTIONAL - Make sure the patterns (decorative squares) line up with each other on each side. NOTE that there are two and three crossbars on each side of the square (look for the matches opposite each other), then start placing the screws for the round support rails and you're done! The rest is garbage. Once you're sure you've lined up both sides exactly the same, you can tighten all the screws as you insert them. Otherwise, if you misplaced the sides, you'll have to take it apart and start over until you get it right. - LOL - so don't overtighten. I haven't had any issues with it and haven't taken anything apart, but I can see where it can go wrong. I hate going back and redoing things so I just drag them all out. It's not hard, just think when you do it and enjoy the finished project. You will not regret the purchase. It is great!
