The user interface is friendly and intuitive.The support personnel are highly efficient, courteous and capable of resolving queries in very short notice. The pricing model works quite well. There isn't anything that I dislike about Inalambria. They have been extremely helpful and proactive throughout our partnership. They have helped us integrate their software with ours to achieve seamless interoperability. I would like recommending it for any enterprise who needs to leverage the benefits of an instant messaging platform using Microsoft Teams.We needed an instant messenger service from a major vendor to leverage communication among the employees of the organization. We decided to choose Inalambrias' solution because of its comprehensive featureset. I like that it is so easy to set up, can be used with multiple platforms (iOS/Android) and has great integrations for Gmail & Outlook. It also allows me to send out mass emails without having to use my own server or buy expensive software/hardware. The customer support could improve - they are very quick but sometimes you have to wait longer than expected. We're using the product primarily as an internal communication tool between our sales team in different offices around the country.
