Easy on - Easy off in my head
For a 2-3 year old child, it's good that they can put them on and take them off by themselves. My only negative comment is that the sole is quite thick and my son tends to trip in it with his own feet. But at the same time they have excellent grip, making them safe/non-slip near the water.
