I have ordered in the past and have been satisfied. The last 2 orders have been disappointing. A toner cartridge only made 2,000 copies and stopped working with the error message "independent toner supply". The second stopped working on the first day. I put in an old, almost empty cassette that served as a backup and everything worked. Bad cartridges have purple latches instead of green ones.
