This pillow is the tide's worst enemy! I use it frequently. I don't freeze it because it's too hard to lay on it, but I refrigerate it and it stays cold for hours and I can lay on it and feel human again. And it helps with my migraines too. I am one of those people whose migraines are relieved by the cold and it really helps!
