I have had lower back pain for years due to degenerative disc disease and a pinched nerve. I ordered this belt because the traction brought some relief during physical therapy, so I was hoping this belt would do the same. It didn't disappoint. It is very easy to use and the addition of heat gives me extra relief. I feel a stretch when I pump it up and it relieves my nerves. I usually use it right before bed or when I'm relaxing. I had a hard time using it while driving, but that might just be my comfort level.
